How to request a refund
This app no longer works properly. For the past several weeks, I've gone to several different stores to shop. Before I leave home, I make a shopping list, but when I get to the store the app won't open. I get the comment 'No Network Available' 'Please connect and try again'. Search on the App Store and Mac App Store allows customers to find apps, games, stories, categories, in-app purchases, and developers. Searches use app and in-app purchase metadata from your product page to deliver the most relevant results. We're constantly evolving how search works to serve the best results to customers' queries.
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- If you see the 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
- Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.
If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information.
